RETURNS: We ship products that are classified as Grocery and as such they cannot be returned. The products leave our premises in good condition. Sometimes damage occurs in transit and if a product arrives in a damaged condition we ask customers to take photographs of the package and damaged contents and contact us via e mail as soon as possible indicating if a replacement or a refund is desired. REFUNDS may be given if the evidence provided show the goods have been damaged in transit and the customer elects for s refund rather than replacement.
Lost Orders: The Royal Mail is a very efficient delivery service and we find them to be very reliable. Occassionally items do go missing. If you have not received an item within a week of dispatch then contact us by email and we will chase up Royal Mail with the postage code that was assigned to your package and find out its status. If the package remains lost we will discuss with you if you wish for a replacement.
